The latest issue of American Bee Journal notes (in their 25 years ago
in ABJ section) that a dehydrated honey ingredient "prevents excessive
cookout from meat products..." and "The honey-starch ingredient, called
Honi-bake, is offered by Food & Technology, Inc., 5903 Northwest Highway,
Chicago, IL 60631."
That was 25 years ago. Dunno if they are still in business, but a
check of the internet yellow pages might find them or similar.
Good luck!
