The latest issue of American Bee Journal notes (in their 25 years ago in ABJ section) that a dehydrated honey ingredient "prevents excessive cookout from meat products..." and "The honey-starch ingredient, called Honi-bake, is offered by Food & Technology, Inc., 5903 Northwest Highway, Chicago, IL 60631."
