Barbara notes,
>After I saw this bra, I had this picture in my mind of a mom at work,
>sitting in front of her computer, hooked up to a Medela Pedal Pump
>attached to her hands-free bra and she is pumping (with her foot) and
>typing at the same time.
It reminded me of when I was pumping at work when Tim was a baby; I was lucky
enough to have a private office (being the nurse educator for the OB/GYN
department), and sitting at the typewrite with the electric pump humming,
balancing the cup/container on my knee & typing & pumping away. (Only single
pumping back then; we didn't have double pumping, and as it was an
Ameda/Egnell pump, it went into a cup-like container that balanced very
nicely. Wasn't terribly relaxing, but then I didn't have to worry about
taking time away from my job! :)
Jan Barger, in Wheaton, IL where on June 7 it was 56 degrees. As Tim doesn't
have poikilothermia anymore (healed of that too!), we wouldn't mind the temps
going into the 70s at some point....
