I just want to make one little point here about LAM.  LAM stands for Lactation
Amenorrhea Method - a form of birth control.  Meaning that when a mother is
Lactating she is using the fact that her periods have not returned (Amenorrhea)
to signal that she is not ovulating and is using that as a Method of birth
control.  So in the post that mentions that the woman experienced anorexia and
LAM, should read that she experienced anorexia and amenorrhea.  LAM and
amenorrhea are not interchangeable.
