Linda,
Oral motor and sensory issues can be treated by an occupational therapist
(some are sensory integration certified, which would be helpful with the
aversions); or a feeding therapist, usually an OT or speech therapist who has
made feeding her/his specialty.  In some programs, the physical therapists do
the oral motor work, that is the case at Stonybrook Univ and Hosp here on Long
Island.
