I have seen cases where there was apparently little or no glandular tissue
in one breast.  Just one of those anomalies people can be born with.  Bf on
one side only is usually fine.  I never thought of stuffing the bra on the
other side...I guess I would offer that as a possibility if the patient
seemed upset about being lopsided (more lopsided than average, I mean).  It
would sure be worth it if it kept her breastfeeding.  Where can you mail
order breast prostheses?  How expensive are they?  Are they a bother?  What
are the disadvantages?
