I had a client once whose baby (a boy) not only had "witches milk" but
actually developed unilateral mastitis, and was hospitalised. When the mum
took baby to the hospital, and said her baby was being admitted for
mastitis, she had to tell them several times because they kept thinking
*she* was the one with mastitis!
The sad part of this story was that this was the final straw with her
breastfeeding difficulties, and she weaned. :-(
