Two moms within a month have called to ask about the safety of continuing
breastfeeding while drinking the prep med for colonoscopy. One took Colyte,
the other is due to take Fleet Phospho-soda on Wednesday. Both told not to
breastfeed for 24 - 48 hours after prep. Is this necessary? Dr. Hale?
