Barbara Wilson-Clay,

I was horrified to learn about rice crops and dioxin. My granddaughter was
birthed at home and exclusively breastfed by a mom who knows a lot about
allergies especially dairy. The only food her mom ate that caused a reaction
in the baby was rice. When she started on solids, again rice gave her
stomach aches. Brown rice was worst, but any rice caused problems for at
least her first two years. Now at age 3 1/2, she can drink milk occasionally
without obvious reaction, but still avoids rice. Go figure.
