Here's something that should make your day:

Recently, I was approached by one of the new *Lactation Resource Nurses*
(their title, not mine) at our hospital. She asked what I thought about the
new gift pack for breastfeeding moms that she got from the formula rep --of
course, I told her why I felt it would not be appropriate to give out, i.e.
undermining the new mom's confidence, etc. (My partner & I, in our 2 hours
per day at the hospital, have worked hard to get rid of all proprietary
literature). Anyhow, this nurse took it to the Pedi MD's monthly meeting
despite my opinions, and the Pedi's VOTED IT DOWN!! There is hope.
