I suggest not trying to fight handing out the formula.  Instead print up some
labels on a computer that say "SECOND BEST"  Then have some BF pamphlets that
say "THE BEST" or something like like that.  Just telll them that you belive
in truth in advertising and that the formula companies themselves say that
Breastmilk is best for babies you are just trying to make that message not be
the fine print on the label.  Maybe you should make the label a little longer
and say "BREASTMILK is BEST, FORMULA IS ARTIFICIAL"  or "....FORMULA IS A
SECOND CHOICE"  Just the label second best might make the doctors afraid that
you are handing out expired formula instead.

Ask the doctors if they reccomend Breastmilk, they ask if you can put that
reccomendation on the formula itself.
