One of the stories on the news tonight was "Iraq says that due to the cruel
US and UN sanctions, the infant mortality rates have gone up 16%.  This has
been primarily because of the lack of powdered milk"    I'm still scratching
my head!!   Nancy Sherwood- Perth, Australia(where it was only 85* today
after a scorching 106* yesterday)
