Mammograms do not affect the quality of milk.

The bigger issue is that a mammogram of a nursing mother's breast is a
virtual white out and is more or less useless.  The tissue is so dense, the
X-rays don't penetrate it sufficiently.  If this mother needs diagnosis of a
breast lump ( I assume that this is what the mammogram is for), you would
get better results with ultrasound or transcutaneous needle biopsy or open
biopsy depending on the physician's assessment.   Neither of the first two
will interfere with nursing.

This leads to another previous post on"nursing after open biopsy".   I would
encourage the mother to continue nursing before and after the biopsy.  It is
likely that milk will leak from the biopsy site but this will only irrigate
the wound and should not interfere with healing.  The engorgement and
possible mastitis that weaning can bring on, will certainly interfere.
