Hi everyone from cold and snowy Arizona (up here at 7000 ft.)
I need help on obtaining info on the following.

1. BF moms undergoing general anesthesia. How soon can she go back to BF and
what are the best post-op pain meds.

2. New Hepatitis A vaccine, recommendations for use in BF moms. Of course the
package inserts scare everyone .

3. New varavax vaccine (chicken pox) recommendations for BF moms.

4. Non-conventional treatments for BF moms with candida. This mom thinks hers
is systemic but has no outward signs, i.e. vaginitis or nipple pain. She
attributes infant's gas pains and fussiness all on the "candida"problem. She
wants nothing to do with nystatin or meds. Any thoughts?

5. Who is Dr. Hale and what is his book? Sorry I missed this.
