     all of what you say re botulism is true... progression is slower with bf
but unfortunately this is something that bf does not prevent...

      I think there is fine line between having mother's pump the "ideal" and
letting them
have some space.... we need to maximize the pumping while not overextending
the mom... I have had occations where I let mom's back off... it is better
than buring them out and loosing them.
