    katie w. worked with a mother who did not have sensation at one breast
due to nerve damage. my recollection from what she shared is that there was
enough mer when stimulated at the other breast.

   oxytocin is released to both breasts simutaneously.

   when the infant stimulates the breast with sensation there will be  let
down to both breasts. when the infant switches sides, there is milk there
from the let down.

    it might be worth trying manual stimulation at the one breast while
infant is at the other. it is also possible that mom will learn other
"triggers"

   let us know how it goes.
