Thank you once again, Dr. Hale, for your help with our questions.  It is simply
invaluable to have a resource like you.  I think the idea of an anesthesia task
force would be great!  Unlike this last problem with the propofol, most of the
time I am defending the safety of mom's milk after surgery when some arbitrary
time has been given to pump and dump "just to make sure."  Guidelines would be
wonderful!
