There is an article on cystic fibrosis & bfg in the Journal of the American
Dietetic Asssoc. 1994 94(2).  Title: Impact of lactation on women with cystic
fibrosis and their infants.  The author is S Michel.


Toby,  I just read something yesterday (but I can't find the reference right
this minute) that a wet nurse nursed babies until she was 81 years old.  I
assume this means she kept "working" right through menopause.
