Yes. My son (since 18 months, now six years old), my daughter (since birth,
three years ago) and me have all taken remedies directly and through my
breastmilk. A few times I consulted my books and notes and made my best educated
guess to treat an emergency or off hours acute disease. Usually, they have been
prescribed by a health care professional (naturopath) who has many years of
experience and study. We have only used single remedies (referred to as
classical homeopathy). Your results could be quite different using some of the
newer combination remedies or combination herbal/homeopathic medicines. They
replace precision prescribing with a more shotgun approach.

If you are asking about what remedies are used for colds/flu, consult one of the
introductory books one can find at the major bookstores, natural foods stores or
pharmacies that carry homeopathic remedies. I consider books to be an adjunct to
professional care.

We find homeopathy to be a very effective healing method. I credit that success
to being with an excellent practitioner.
