Icky nipple discharges including green stuff, especially in pregnancy, could
be mammary duct ectasia, which is a sloughing of the lining of the ducts.
 Dead skin, old cells, etc. Nothing to get excited about.  Ectasia is a fun
word to throw people you're trying to impress - practice saying it while
you're driving alone.  I also practiced saying asynclitic and docosohexanoic
acid while driving.  Took about 250 miles each.
