Erythromycin is the right spelling I believe...It is not contrindicated
during BF. In fact it is the choice therapy for adenitis (infection of the
ducts) becuse it passes into breastmilk. Only one concern: if BB is under
one month of age there seems to be some concern with increased jaundice.
Could Dr. Hale comment?
