We all know how much anecdotal evidence is worth, but here it is: My SIL had
amenorhea incident to anorexia until her husband started cooking for her. Her
period returned with improved diet, and she conceived. Her breasts developed
normally during the first trimester. Unfortunately, she aborted spontaneously
during the second trimester, so we don't know if there would have been any
impact on BFing.
