To add to Lesley's comments on BF in "Impromtu."  There is even a scene
where let down is stimulated by Liszt's embraces, then George Sands walks
in.  The mother sits there with a shawl wrapped around her to hide the wet
spots, and with her arms crossed and pressed across her breasts.  Wonder how
many of the people who saw the movie knew what was going on here?
