My bride had breast reduction surgery when we were in college. She lost a
lot of the feeling in her breasts and now it is more of an irritation than
anything else. We have three kids (number four due August 12th) and she has
produced very little milk with each, but more with each birth. We have
talked about it and I think it is more of the stress of thinking she has to
produce all or nothing than anything else. She is going to begin working
with a lactation consultant through her work before the baby is born this
time and hopefully she will be more relaxed. I guess there is more to it and
I should not take up space here. :)
