To Barbara Wilson-Clay and others,
We should be very worried when a baby can't or won't or doesn't take the
breast.  Instead of arguing cup vs bottle vs. tube, let's push for research
on WHY the baby can't be at breast in the first place. In the meantime, feed
the baby with anything that will get enough calories in and (hopefully) not
make anything worse.
