I was reading some past digests and saw a reference to a book titled
"Breastfeeding, Biocultural Perspectives."  Wonder if anyone can let me know
the author and how I can obtain an issue?  Also, has the book that Karin
Cadwell and Edith White mentioned (?Breastfeeding Revisited) at the Florida
symposium been published yet?

I will be at the Thomas Jefferson Hospital workshop in Philadelphia on
December 4.  Look forward to seeing some of my East coast friends.  If Chris
