This mom should be thouroghly checked for placental abruption (probably =
by ultrasound).
Especially with preterm labor of an unknown origin, she may have a =
partial abruption and a hidden pool of blood in there.  When the =
placental function or attachment changes, the hormonal changes that =
initiate milk production are stimulated.  This is probably not the only =
explanation, but one to check for. =20
