Information was recently posted about a free drug info line at University
of Washington...

        The truth is, this is a project that is funded by a grant from the
Washington State Dept. of Health, and is meant ONLY for the Pacific NW.
Pacific NW is defined in the grant as Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska.
The people there are very happy to make information available to calls
from these areas, however they have been getting calls from all over the
country as a result of the post on the Lactnet and fear loss of grant
monies if the project is abused.
