My oldest will be 29 in Jan. He is the father of Cassidy who is 1.5 and the
subject of her mother's antsyness mentioned in a previous posting. He has
NEVER publicly acknowledged that his mother is even sane, especially when
she gets going on her favorite topic.
However, this is the MOST pro bfing father I have EVER seen. (Even compared
to his dad who also is wonderfully pro bfing.)
When Cassidy was in the birth canal and racing toward the air (after dragging
her heels inside for a couple days) and mom was rather distracted with pushing
and all. My son was trying to remove his partner's upper clothing so that
she would be ready to offer the breast as soon as the baby was out. I could
have cried for joy, it was wonderful.
My other kid, when she was early in law school, read an article about bfing in
Self Magazine and made a point to thank me for bfing her.
Those kids absorb more from us than we realize.
