Both KB and KGA goofed bigtime in giving the go-ahead recently to post the
entire article from a recent issue of Scientific American. The one thing
that saved the poster's hide is that she provided complete attribution to
the originating publisher.

However, in the future, please do NOT post entire pieces on LACTNET. This
comes awfully close to copyright infringement insofar as it gives people
access to the piece through a channel other than the original source.

Quoting from a piece and giving complete referencing is one thing. The
entire article is something else again.
