You were asking about cup feeding and prems.  I attended the ILCA conference
this summer and really enjoyed the talk by Sandra Lang.  You could purchase
her tape or video from ILCA it is well worth it.  Sandra is from England and
has done research on cup feeding and has established that the practice
protects breastfeeding for prems.  She has also written a coupld of articles:
