Hi Fiona, some of the patients that I have seen with vasospasm of the
nipple postpartum do tell me that their nipples blanched in their
pregnancy, but it wasn't that painful, so they didn't seek treatment. I
don't have my references with me about nifedipine in pregnancy, perhaps Dr.
