When I get yeast infections, I take baths with vinegar added, about a cup per
bath. In fact I feel baths keep my vagina cleaner than showers so if I'm
feeling yeasty I'll just start taking baths instead of showers for awhile and
they clear up. It certainly seems possible that nipple thrush could be gotten
if your body has a yeast infection.
