Dear Anna,
I don't have any of the other answers to your post, but I do have one
definite thought; if they can give that baby sterilized ABM, then they
could at *least* give the baby sterilized breastmilk, too! I would think
that the pasteurization process would kill the "T" cells and render them
unaffecting.
