Just found a really egregious factual error.  On p. 104, the author says
that U.S. has refused to sign the WHO Code or the BFHI.  Since she is in
the same paragraph reporting events that occured in connection with the
WHO Code in May 1994, one has to, ahem, question the rigorousness of her
fact-checking.
