And not to mention that unless third party promises to pay, the client often
doesn't want to pay for services unless you can guarantee results.  And we've
all had intractable latch on (or otherwise) cases.  Not to mention I can't
even guarantee they'll get to my office in one piece, traffic in Chicago
being what it is!

They want it fast, they want it now, and they want it free.  Or at least 80%
covered.
