        There was a classic case of botulism and breastfeeding published in
1978.  Its a rather well done study.   In this patient(who was severely
effected),  there were no botulism organisms found in the milk,  nor the
infant,  throughout the attack.  Great reading for us BF supporters(and yes,
its in version four, p. 53).
