Carmel's post mentioning PNG reminds me of one of my favorite bf tidbits. I
have a friend who served as a missionary to PNG 15 years ago. When she found
out my passion for breastfeeding, she pulled me aside and, in hushed tones,
told about how many of the women "nurse" (definitely meaning breastfeed)
their family pigs because the pigs are so highly valued and treasured. She
told me that nursing is known to promote health and well-being and that they
desire such for these pets!

Never a dull moment! --Nancy
