The classic case in nutritional literature of overconcentrating formula
involved a baby whose grandmother overconcentrated her formula, and within
days the baby was so dehydrated that gangrene set in and amputation was
necessary; she lost both feet and at least one leg.  I've got the citation
somewhere around here...
