In the hospitals I have worked in the Minneapolis area, we have used:

MBM = Mom's/Maternal Breast Milk
BBM = Banked Breast Milk (when we had a milk bank)

Our neonatologists and pediatricians use these MBM routinely in their orders.
 I haven't seen BBM lately.
