The baby who I thought was sensitive to protein from dairy has shown that
this is not the case. His mom stayed off dairy and eggs for over one week.
Was feeding alimentum. Went back to breastmilk, and diarrhea and red butt
started again.
Mom is a smoker, and has cut that out, but wonders how long it take s to
clear nicotine, and if that could cause infant watery diarrhea 12 times/day.
Baby has been put on ENFamil now, and is doing ok...no diarrhea.
WHAT should this mom cut out next to get this fella nursing? I thought NUTS?
she is a peanut butter addict. By the way, the kid also had a tongue tie,
had it clipped, and the nursing was much more comfy, though caused the kid
bad gas and diarrhea.
