Jeanette,
I'm wondering if sometimes there is a #9 to your list. At the 3 mo. mark,
there is a theory that hormonal regulation of milk production gives way
to autocrine; is it possible that some women are able to skate along
while the hormones are going, but once autocrine control kicks in, the
mgt situation is no longer adequate to keep things going? Or, or, or?
I've been wondering about this of late, as I've had some moms who were
non-responsive to building up-measures who did well the first 3 mos.
