ANECDOTAL:  I don't know anything about the safety of using this with a
nursing mom.  Most of the pediatricians here (Philadelphia PA) seem to be
giving the vaccine at 12 mos along with the MMR.  When I questioned my ped
about it he said there were no known "down sides" to it so far but that a
booster shot may be needed in the future (how long in the future has not
yet been determined).  He mentioned that the American Assoc. of Pediatric.
is recommending it for routine use at the 12 month time, given at the same
time as the MMR.  Would any doctors like to comment?
