Norma:  You make a good point about the frequency of nursing depending on
whether the mother simply nurses when baby is hungry, or also for
comfort.  However, I would guess that the "token" or comfort nursings
would be briefer in general and the baby would still get a lower dose of
a medication than when nursing from hunger.  What do you think?  Alicia.
