Regarding creamatocrit:

I think one needs to consider the isue of diurnal variation of fat content of
mother's milk when determining fat levels of milk via creamatocrit.
Unfortunately, whent he highest level hits during the 24 hour period varies
from woman to woman according to the original citation that Lawrence and Akre
use to support the diurnal variation claim made in each od their respective
books.

Does anyone know anything else about this?
