After 20+ years of doing well baby care as a PNP, when moms complain
about spitting up after feeding I always inquire whether the baby is
hungry afterwards or content. If the baby seems content I usually
suspect overfeeding. BF babies will usually seem to also swallow more
air with bottles and also consume the feeding faster which also leads
to spitting. Sounds like the freezing and thawing techniques were
fine.
