Rosier wrote the first (recent) article in BF Review. (old references abound-
LK found a quote in 1890's).  Nicodern published a randomized controlled
study in Birth.  Lawrence's new edition mentions them.  And a recent study
(forgot the source-JOGNN? MCN? Pediatrics?) did another comparison of CCC vs.
gelpacks.
