Hi everyone (and especially dieticians)
I was surprised to hear that peanuts are legumes. I always thought that legumes
were low in fat, but the information on my peanut butter jar (no added oil or salt)
says the fat content is 50%. Is there something else in peanut butter adding to the
fat content, or are there some fatty legumes around?
Please let me know
