I have found lecithin very helpful for many such women.  The "Breastfeeding
Answer Guide" from LLL cites 1 T. per day as the usual dose, but most people
in my area take it in the form of capsules  (6-8 per day).  Lecithin sort of
"greases the pipes" and keeps the fat in breastmilk from forming plugs.
