Hi to all
Can someone help me? I have a mom who has a history of plugged ducts and 2 years
ago I suggested she try lecithin which Ruth Lawrences describes in her book on
page205 3rd edition. The mom used the lecithin then and now wants to use it
again while breastfeeding for this infant but doesn't know the dosage. The book
says 1 tbsp. per day but she bought some gel capsules and ask me how many to
take. I don't know. Last time she found the liquid. Tom Hale are you out
there? Or anyone else who might know. She cut back on her fats and only has
polyunsaturated fats. The client told me she had wonderful results 2 years ago
with the lecithin.
Also someone posted a note about wanting forms etc for pp follow up clinic. I
have an assessment form that our hospital used for a trial run pp followup
clinic. If that person will post me a note with her U.S mail address I will
sent her our form.
Thanks
Jan
